The "Where Is" function on the hand-held gives the user the opportunity to look up product location information from any location in the warehouse. The information is also available at an Administrative PC as explained in Looking up information at the Administrative PC

The user simply scans the product bar code in question (or keys it if no bar code is available) and the system responds with a list of locations where the product may be found.
