Introduction

The Executive Summary provides a general description of the Access 1000 Warehouse Management System. This section provides access to more comprehensive product information. Please also refer to Pricing Information and Services.

Except where noted, the information in this section applies equally to the Radio Frequency (RF) and Batch versions of the product. Please note: the Batch version is a derivative of the RF version, not vice versa. When site needs and budgets dictate, the Batch version can be easily upgraded to the RF version.

The Configuration section identifies the primary hardware and software components and how they relate to one another.

Enterprise system interfaces

The system is interfaced to other enterprise computing systems to eliminate duplication of effort and data entry errors. Access 1000 receives transactions for purchase orders, sales orders, and invoicing, and reports transactions with shipping and receiving information, issues and receipts, and inventory adjustments due to physical inventory/cycle count activity.

Administrative Features
