Access 1000 provides extensive tools to aid the supervisor in recreating the chain of events relating to inventory changes.

The system automatically creates a new disk folder each day to store archival information. Changes made to inventory files are reported into the day's archive folder, and tools are provided to search the archive and retrieve data for on-screen viewing or printing.

Two reporting formats are provided, 1) Product Research and 2) Daily Archive. In the Product Research format, the user can report all changes over a date range for a given product. In the Daily Archive format, the user can select a date and browse all archive tables for that date.
